Procurement of goods, works and services as per the requirement of the end-user from the manufacturer/agencies with high integrity and competence following the highest level of business ethics and transparency.

Activities:

• Purchase of goods, works & services including dairy plants, effluent treatment plants, cattle feed plants etc. on behalf of project authority/service recipient like cooperatives and government agencies
• Purchase of goods and services for NDDB
• Maintaining a fleet of Rail Milk Tankers (RMTs) for supplying milk from surplus to deficit areas   
• Allotment of RMTs, contracts/renewal of contracts with unions/federations
• Procurement & supply of dairy commodities as and when required
