for the RTI First Appeal dated 8th August 2024, received in NDDB on 14th August 2024 under sub section (1) or clause (a) of sub section (3) of Section 7 of RTI Act 2005, filed by Shri Kareem Ansari from Hyderabad.

Any citizen  who desires to obtain information from the National Dairy Development Board may address his/her request to Central Public Information Officer, National Dairy Development Board, Post Box No.40, Anand – 388 001 and in terms of Rule 3 of Right to Information (Regulation of Fee & Cost) Rules 2005, the request shall be accompanied by an application fee of Rs.10/- by way of cash against proper receipt or by demand draft or bankers cheque or Indian Postal Order payable to the “Accounts Officer, National Dairy Development Board.”
 
Further, any person who does not receive a decision within the time specified in the Act from the Central Public Information Officer of the National Dairy Development Board or is aggrieved by a decision of the Central Public Information Officer, may within 30 days from the expiry of such period or from the receipt of such a decision prefer an appeal to the Appellate Authority.
