PRODUCT MANUFACTURING LINES/EQUIPMENT

Several product manufacturing lines have been mechanised and semi-automatic machines for manufacture of consistent quality dairy products have been developed by NDDB. These include:

  • Centrifugal process for manufacture of maska for shrikhand production
  • Khoa making machine
  • Gulabjamun mechanised process
  • Portioning and shaping machine for peda
  • Paneer dicing machine

INSTRUMENTATION

NDDB has also developed a milk fat tester, popularly known as the Milkotester, in collaboration with M/s Foss Electrical, Denmark. This is being used in the dairy industry for over three decades.
